The Trust

Lerida House, Narara

Our respite accommodation is located at Lerida House, a locally recognised heritage site situated on 2.5 hectares of leafy gardens in Narara, on the Central Coast of NSW.

Established in the 1850s, Lerida House has a long history within the Central Coast community. Today it is a space where individuals and families can experience mental health support and upskilling opportunities, relax, meet others and use our community and meeting spaces.

Mental Health Support

Our mental health support services are open to anyone aged 18 and over, whose lives have been impacted by mental illness.

Family & Carers Support

We have a designated worker who is dedicated to supporting families, working holistically within the family unit.

Respite Accommodation

We offer short-stay accommodation for carers and individuals that are experiencing mental health issues.
